No. In the case of passengers who, for medical reasons, need seats to support a leg, a medical assessment is required and you must contact TAP in advance (see the Medical Assistance area) and the passenger's ticket will be updated with the applicable fare.
No. To accommodate fragile, bulky luggage, musical instruments or diplomatic bags, you must contact TAP directly, as the number of extra seats to be made available by the airline will depend on the volume/weight of the luggage and is subject to the issue of a ticket associated with that extra seat(s).
